Here at Seashell Trust we provide education and care for children and young adults with severe, profound and complex learning difficulties/disabilities, sensory impairments, communication disorders and autism.We’re different at Seashell Trust, some of the best children and young people in the country live here and we believe they deserve the best experience and chances in life.

We’re looking for talented and caring Learning Support Assistants who want to make a real difference, working on a one to one basis with our students, ranging from 19-25-year-old, supporting with their learning, and a range of tasks they find difficult.

All we ask is for experience in teaching assistant / learning support ideally within a SEN classroom / educational environment, or in a care setting, however this is not essential – the ability to feel comfortable working within the environment where our learners can present challenging behaviour – full training is provided.
