Career progression through volunteering

My journey into Seashell started as a volunteer in School, supporting teaching staff in the classroom on activities. Volunteering at Seashell has been such a great experience and gave me such a lovely insight to the organisation and the value it brings to the clives of children and young people with complex needs. I particularly enjoyed my experience supporting staff with activities i the sensory room and with music, which was fantastic. It has been a huge education for myself, watching how the students respond to music.
Now as an LSA, I know there are no two day the same!
Describe my time at Seashell in 3 words: Rewarding, challenging and fun!
